Ron Persaud, Chief Executive

A property developer with extensive experience across the UK, specialising in mixed-use development schemes, including offices, hotels, industrial, leisure, retail, trade counter, and sites with 'difficult' planning issues. Since 1993, Ron has led the Cuckfield Group to win planning consents for over 1.5 million sq ft of commercial and residential space.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

John Wilkinson, Project Director
John has extensive experience in the construction industry, in engineering design and management. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of both the Institution of Structural Engineers and FEANI.

CUCKFIELD RETIREMENT
John Rankin, Cheif Operating Officer
MBA educated at Henley Management College, John has extensive experience of designing, launching and operating new products and services, specialising in the UK 'grey market'.  John's management experience of large scale operations and centres across retail, finance, technology and more recently automative and pharmaceutical will be invaluable to the groups new ventures.
