Feasibility
- We robustly interrogate the concept's financial viability, by market testing of the building costs and anticipated income sources (i.e. rental income, sales).
- We hold preliminary discussions with the Local Planning Authority (LPA) and other relevant bodies - including the Highways Agency, adjoining neighbours, utility companies, real estate agents and financial institutions - to ascertain the viability of the concept.
- We bring together the full team of appropriate consultants to take the project forward.
- We manage the design and commercial evaluation of the proposed scheme, including cost and programme assessment.
- We present the feasibility report to our client, with recommendations for next steps.
